1. Learning access
Free includes the fixed first 30 Korean words of each grade. Waiting does not unlock more words. Available words can be repeated without an answer limit. Where paid access is offered, it unlocks the full vocabulary catalog.
Listening has no daily time allowance within accessible content. Account, purchase and backup features depend on availability in your app and the connected service. Saved learning history is preserved when paid access expires.
2. Accounts, subscriptions and cancellation
Where these services are enabled, sign-in is required to purchase or restore Plus and to use account backup and restore. Uploading replaces the account’s single cloud backup; restoring replaces learning records on the current device. Records are not automatically merged. Keep your sign-in credentials secure.
When offered, monthly or annual Plus subscriptions renew automatically. A lifetime option, if shown, is a one-time purchase. Purchases are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The purchase screen shows the price, billing period and applicable offer terms. Manage renewal, cancellation and refund requests through the store where you subscribed. The app provides subscription-management and purchase-restoration options.
Deleting your app account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel renewal separately through Apple or Google. Subscription expiry does not delete your local learning history.
Where an app account is available, you can delete its TOPIK membership in the app or request deletion using our account deletion page.
3. Repeat practice and diagnostics
Available content can be repeated without limits or advertising. Focused study and routine progress are recorded separately.

4. Acceptable use
Do not disrupt the app or accounts, or use the service to infringe another person’s rights.
5. Content and rights
App code, design and original content belong to ALAN or their respective rights holders. Third-party learning materials remain subject to their own licenses and attribution notices. Routine TOPIK (루틴TOPIK) is an independent learning app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by NIIED or the TOPIK organizers. Its vocabulary grades are learning guides, not an official list of exam questions.

Features may change or be suspended for security, legal, platform, content-rights or operational reasons. Material changes are communicated in the app or on this site. Device, network and third-party service issues can affect availability.
7. Applicable law and consumer rights
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. These terms do not exclude rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
